About ChibiForge

ChibiForge is building a hybrid animation studio and AI creator platform. Our vision connects original Chibi characters, thoughtful storytelling, directed scenes, and episode editing in one production workflow.

We’re taking a studio-first approach: test the production engine on original short films before opening it to independent creators. Character continuity, human creative approval, and predictable production costs guide what we build.
